Guy and Sandra Langston Senior Minister Guy joined the FCC family in January of 2002. As Sr. Pastor he oversees the everyday running of the church, all ministries, and the staff at FCC. Guy's messages present basic biblical truths in a way that's relevant and practical to today's life and reflect our belief that attending church should be an enjoyable, uplifting and meaningful experience that encourages you to develop a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.   Ken and Mary Kay Jones Minister of Group Life and Spiritual Formation Ken Jones joined the FCC ministry staff in August of 2003. His ministry focuses on small groups and spiritual formation.   Clay and Cindy Cruse Youth Ministers Clay and Cindy Cruse took over youth ministry in late 2004. They organize all youth activities and retreats, lead youth Bible studies, and are a constant source of encouragement and pastoral support for FCC teens.   Terry and Amie Waggoner Office Manager/Worship Minister Terry Waggoner joined the FCC staff in September of 2005. He is responsible for planning and leading worship services, leading worship teams, and maintaining the day-to-day responsibilities of the church office.
